Jesus Peña

Jesus Peña is a technology executive and entrepreneur with decades of experience building, scaling, and leading technology services businesses. In 1995, he founded Davocom One, a Miami-based company focused on data, voice, and communications solutions. The company was later recognized among the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

After successfully growing Davocom One, Jesus continued his career in the technology sector with organizations such as Cisco Systems and Dimension Data. In those roles, he worked strategically with cloud service provider Terremark Worldwide, supporting some of its largest customers, including the U.S. Federal Government.

Jesus currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at United Data Technologies Inc. (UDT), a leading technology enabler that helps clients across major industries evaluate, architect, secure, and manage technology on-premises, in mobile environments, and in the cloud.

With a career rooted in entrepreneurship, innovation, and client-focused technology services, Jesus has spent more than three decades helping organizations navigate major technology shifts. From the commercialization of the Internet, enterprise networking to cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and artificial intelligence, his leadership has helped clients embrace change, drive innovation, and turn emerging technologies into business value.

Known for combining strategic vision with operational execution, Jesus is passionate about building high-performing teams and customer-centric organizations. He continues to shape the future of technology through disciplined leadership, innovation, and a relentless focus on business outcomes.

Outside of his professional work, Jesus is a devoted husband and proud father of four. He finds balance and perspective through time on the water, boating, fishing, and spending quality time with his family. One of his guiding beliefs is to “live the dash” — the space between the two dates on a gravestone — and he strives to live that dash with purpose, gratitude, and impact every day.
