Who we are

This website is operated by the Florida Digital Infrastructure and Security Alliance ("FDISA," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida trade association. FDISA is a Florida nonprofit corporation organized as a trade association and is in the process of seeking recognition under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through this website and through direct communications with us. It does not apply to third-party websites we may link to, which have their own policies.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, the reason for your inquiry, the subject, your message, and any other details you choose to include.
• Automatically collected information. When you visit, our systems and, where you consent, our analytics tools may collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, referring pages, and general interaction patterns. Some of this is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie Policy).
• Hosting and server logs. Our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically process standard request metadata — including IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs, response status, and referring page — at the network and server level for security, abuse prevention, reliability, and aggregate traffic measurement. These logs are generated by the infrastructure that serves the site and are not set as cookies in your browser, so they operate independently of your cookie preferences.
• Communications. If you correspond with us, we keep a record of that correspondence, including any support tickets created from your inquiry.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, health, or financial account data) through this site, and we ask that you not send it to us.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
